Please book ahead, our weekends fill up fast...so contact us to make arrangements if you are planning your vaction or weekend getaway for the upcoming months.  We will do our best to accomodate all of our existing clientelle, even if it means letting guests stay in our home. Drop Off & Pick Up Times Your are charged for an extra day IF you do not pick up your pet by 11:00 a.m. Monday - Friday 8:00-11:00 & 4:00 - 6:00   Saturday 8:00 - 12:00   Sunday 10:00-12:00 & 4:00-6:00   Ask us about our Holiday Hours   Because we reside on the same property, our hours can be flexible...just let us know if you need to work around our hours   Medication If pills need to be administrated, please bring them in a filled medication dispenser.

We do charge an additional fee per family member boarded in the same kennel. Our boarding rate includes all services. We do not charge extra for exercise time, playing with your dog, giving medications and it doesn't matter to us if your dog is spayed or neutered...just inform us if this is the case.  We'll even toss in belly rubs, hugs and kisses for free!! Kennelz and Bitz requires the folling Because We must have proof of the following vaccinations prior to boarding.  Rabies Distemper/Parvo Combo (DHPP/DHLPP) Bordatella (PLEASE NOTE - bordetella vaccines must not be given within 7 days of boarding) All vaccinations must be current within the LAST YEAR, with the exception of Rabies, which must be current within the last 3 YEARS.  You may fax your proof of vaccinations to us if that is convenient for you, to (218) 485-4544 but must have them with you at the time of check in. Boarding Details We offer well lit, spacious, climate controlled walk ways  that have been designed for the comfort of your dog during the day or throughout the night.  You are able to choose a kennel with a window, or one with a window view, we believe in lots of sun shine and brightness.  We are proud of the fact that we work extra hard for you by sanitizing the floors twice a day with dog friendly products.  Your puppy will leave here smelling just as fresh as the day you checked in.   People are always amazed when they walk into Kennelz and Bitz because we are truly a one of a kind kennel that was built and designed by us! We have a fully trained staff on duty 17 hours a day! Each dog boarded with us will receive a special one on one attention and find themselves outside at least 5 times a day for more activity and fun!  Lots of belly rubs and hugs are given at no extra cost!! We are often found cuddling ing the bedrooms, or playing ball outside with your fuzzy friend.   The first walk of the day starts at 5 a.m., with final tuck ins between 8 & 10 p.m. We are proud to offer you quality suites that have solid walls, which allow more privacy and quitness.  When the dogs are in their bedrooms no other dog can bother them or see them because of the solid walls. Our suites offer heated floors in the winter, and air-conditioning for the summer months and there is fresh filtered air cycling through out the entire building 24 hours a day! Everyone at Kennelz and Bitz believe that spending time with your pet is a privilege, not a task!! Food  We  feed the same food on the home feeding schedule, unless you choose to have us provide Precise Chicken & Rice  a hollistic approach to our four legged friends. However, we do recommend for longer stays that you bring in your pet's own food to avoid tummy problems.  If you decide to bring in your own food, please clearly mark each container.
