Boarding Rates are as follows...

PLEASE NOTE as of January 1st, 2012 there will be a boarding increase of $2.00.  Unfortunately with increased expenses we had to raise the prices slightly.  It is eminating mostly from high heating and cooling expenses, Credit Card fees, and fuel costs.  We apologize if this is a hardship to anyone, we really tried to hold off.


Canine Rates
Boarding rates for one guest dog is $20.00 a day.
A second boarding family member in the same kennel as the first is $14.00 a day

Check in and Check out times work like a hotel.  You can check in anytime the first day and that is your first day of the stay regardless of when you arrive.  Guests must check out by 11:00 AM to not be charged for the next day.  Pick-up times on Sundays will be by appointment and are at the convenience of kennel management and must be arranged ahead of time.

A 5% discount will be given to all customers paying cash verses check or credit.  This is to help offset the slight increase which was highly motivated by bounced checks and credit card fees.

A 10% discount will be extended to any pet guest staying longer than 21 days.

Feline Rates
First Cat ... $14.00
Additional Cat, same town house $12.00

5% discount for customers paying cash

10% discount for 21 days or more of continual boarding.

Our boarding rate includes all services. We do not charge extra for exercise time, playing with your dog or cat, giving medications and it doesn't matter to us if your dog is spayed or neutered...

Our rates work like a hotel, at the time of CHECK IN that is considered your FIRST day even if you check in during our afternoon hours.  You will be charged a full day at check out if you CHECK OUT after 11:00 am at the time of departure.  Pick-up times on Sundays will be by appointment and are at the convenience of kennel management and must be arranged ahead of time.


A common courtesy should be extended to the Kennel to free up the reserved spot in the facility to others whenever available.  Those customers who abuse this courtesy will be asked to board elsewhere to accommodate those more willing to communicate.  We can be flexible in many cases but we can't help if we aren't aware.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.  Please refer to the notice below regarding HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY

Over the past year, unfortunately we have experienced a growing number of last minute
cancellations and “no-shows” during the holiday seasons. Please ask us if your reservation is during one of these busy times.

These cancellations result in boarding availability that goes unfilled due to clients being on other waiting lists or last minute changes in their plans.

Due to these experiences we will now require a two-night deposit (All major credit cards accepted) for all holiday reservations beginning with Thanksgiving 2010.

Reservations may be cancelledup to seven (7) days prior to the pet’s scheduled arrival date, if you wait longer then 7 days you will be required to pay the amount of days that you had reserved.

However, should the cancellation occur inless than seven (7) days prior to the pet’s scheduled arrival date, you will NOT be charged for the reserved dates. 

Kennelz and Bitz appreciates your understanding of this new policy, which will assist us in accommodating as many of our clients as possible. Our client’s patronage and loyalty has always been and will continue to be very important to us.
