We are found just on the outskirts of Moose Lake MN found in beautiful Carlton County.
We are very established and have a great reputation.
We specialize in doggie socialization and was the first in the area that encouraged pet interaction during their stay.
We do have set hours, so please try to honor the posted hours. We do understand there are times where our hours just will not accommodate your schedule, in those cases we do take that into consideration and will try to figure out a solution.
During the "tween" hours (11AM to 4 PM) is rest and relaxation time for our Pet Guests. We minimize distractions and concentrate on our Pet Guests and their needs.
We offer you quality suites that have solidwalls, which allow more privacy and quietness. Our suites offer heated floors in the winter, and air-conditioning for the summer months and there is fresh filtered air cycling through out the entire building 24 hours a day! We also have dog friendly soft music playing throughout the night hours to help lull them to sleep.
We recommended that you take a tour with your dog togive your dog an opportunity to visit us and become comfortable withour family and our staff. This gives your dog a positive experience if you decide to board with us, your dog will have an easier time assimilating into our fun time routine. We do have an open door policy and no area of our facility is off limits. You are welcome anytime Mon-Sat 8-11am or 4-6 pm. Drop ins are okay but we'd love to give you a tour and talk to you about your pet in order to make sure we can spend some quality time an appointment is suggested.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Over the past year, unfortunately we have experienced a growing number of last minute cancellations and “no-shows” during the holiday seasons.
These cancellations result in boarding availability that goes unfilled due to clients being on other waiting lists or last minute changes in their plans.
Due to these experiences we will now require a two-night deposit (All major credit cards accepted) for all holiday reservations beginning with Thanksgiving 2010.
Reservations may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to the pet’s scheduled arrival date, if you wait longer then 7 days you will be required to pay the amount of days that you had reserved.
However, should the cancellation occur in less than seven (7) days prior to the pet’s scheduled arrival date, you will NOT be charged for the reserved dates.
Kennelz and Bitz appreciates your understanding of this new policy, which will assist us in accommodating as many of our clients as possible. Our client’s patronage and loyalty has always been and will continue to be very important to us.
